Planning a month at once beats deciding week to week. Start from the keywords and questions you already know your audience asks, group them into four or five themes, then assign one theme per week.
Batch the decisions, not the writing. Titles, target keywords, formats, and owners can all be settled in a single session, which leaves the writing itself as the only work left to schedule.
